On Tuesday the 3rd of December I will be heading to Australia with Simon and Mark to support Tracy Benjamin in her quest to conquer Coast to Kosciuszko a 240km run from the coast of Australia to The highest point, Kosciuszko Mountain. Simon and I are support runners and gaffers, and Mark is Chef de mission. Today we accompanied Tracy on her last long training run, 40km around the city. Getting this run out of the way was a huge step. All the hard work is now done. It has been a privilege to be part of her journey, and witness her determination and dedication in making this happen. Todays run went well, except for the start. I left my running shoes at home (60 odd kms away) so a dash to the Warehouse at 8.30am to buy a pair for $14.25. As usual we had some good laughs, posed for a few selfies and enjoyed our end of run treats on St Heliers beach. coast2kosci/
