Assembly session, resumption of business interrupted on 21st October, 2014- afternoon sitting) (i) debate on response on operational status of health facilities in Kitui North Sub County by the Chairperson, Committee on Health and Sanitation. (ii) pursuant to the provisions of the Interim County Assembly Standing Orders No 130 (2) a Motion on approval of committee report on consideration of the Kitui County Abattoirs Bill, 2014(Assembly Bill, No. 8, 2014) by the Chairperson of the committee on Agriculture, Water and Irrigation. Hon. Titus M. Kasinga was moved, debate arose and putting of question deferred.
