On a bit of a Wednesday 13 bender this morning I bought this album the day it was available in Australia, I didnt know who Wednesday was at the time I got it because Joey Jordison was in the band and I loved Slipknot and was interested in what the other members could do I had heard Stone Sour and Liked it it was a Different Direction for Corey Taylor, and this shit blew my mind! It was like nothing I had heard before it was loud, Theatrical, the lyrics were eery, fun, and Wednesdays Scream was bloodcurdling good Something I has spent ages to try mimic with little headway, This Album made me see that Shock Rock/ Goth Metal whatever you want to call it didnt have to be serious or political like Marilyn Manson or Nine Inch Nails (which were my staple Musical Diet at the time) and could be FUN, it somehow made me not so Pissed off at Everything. Oh and Madeleine Carter Loved track 2, lol
