On a brighter note: I met three of the nicest elderly couples today. One hugged me so tight I could not breath. .. lol (one) her husband could not walk well and was having a procedure today (cancer) and I put them in a room with a balcony looking out at the city since they cant move around much. She knew that was not what her reservation paid for but enjoyed being able to sit and enjoy that together time with her husband (SHE was in tears telling how great full she was). (Two) her husband was having a different procedure (eye) so I recommended some places to eat that were accommodating with cozy music he could enjoy since he could not see and they had a blast. They even came back and brought me a referral with $100 off for something I mentioned I wanted to do. Lastly (three) this couple wanted to do a tour of nashville so I took them a brochure , and marked my recommendations, as well as a the booking info and hand delivered it to them. As a result the company they booked with brought me $20 and the couple tipped me too. There are rewards in being good to people and they come unexpectedly.
