On a conservative side there are about 174 political parties, big or small, national or regional, secular or communal. While the subject of secular or communal is very much debatable but numbers are heavily tilted in favor of secular. So much so that out of 174 nearly 170 call themselves secular and the other 3/ 4 are termed as communal by seculars. Obviously it raises a question why? Reason is simple- Muslim votes..
