On a more serious note My Lovelies...I had a rather severe panic attack when I was driving back from Kroger. I had to pull over and take care of it. 3rd one this week. I find that it is getting increasingly harder for me to go out again. I was doing good there for a patch...but now I feel I am back in the house for a while. Here lately...fear and paranoia have been making their presence known stronger than ever when I go out. I thought I was finally beating the Agoraphobia that has had a hold on me for the past 4 years...I guess I was wrong. There have been a few things going on in my personal life lately that have had me rather stressed. Guess I will try to remain calm here at home for a while and maybe try it again one day...hopefully in the not to distant future. Just sharing with you My Lovelies...no reply expected. Love!
