On a sad note, after months of contemplating. I have decided to put Thai Rama Sushi up on the market for sale. Miami Springs and its people have been very good to me after all these years. However I foresee my next chapter and future with my family in Orlando. So Im throwing in the towels as a sushi chef and a restaurant entrepreneur. And looking to take on another venture. I know this will be a long process and it could take up to a year or two or more. Everything will remain the same until I have a potential buyer. Remember I planned this very same move eight years ago today and Im still here. If this dont go as planned, I could be grandfathered into Thai Rama Sushi for another hundred years, you never know. With that said, Thai Rama Sushi is looking for a new owner who is willing to take on the same task as I did. Or they can take Thai Rama Sushi to a new level and turn it into whatever they want. But as for, Im very pleased to have made Thai Rama Sushi to what it is and made a name for it self in Miami Springs. Especially to enter into a business eleven years ago where I have no prior sushi experienced. And now everybody wants me to make them their sushi. I sometimes look back and think it was all a dream. I will now wipe the tears from my face and let faith does its work as I wait to see whats my next destiny. Thank you all who have supported me and Thai Rama. It has been a long journey of ups and downs, but its been rewarding and fun. Now only time can tell.
