On a sunny day in March the Caté Musiq Group set up shop on 8th St in the East Village NYC for an impromptu performance. As the band started to gel, the melodies got sweeter and the crowd began to grow. At one point spilling on to the busy St Marks street it had to be broken up. Mind the bus!! An audience member got some quick snapshots of what went down. Its a bit shakey & glitchy, but youll be able to get a glimpse of how much fun was had by all. The great thing about this video is seeing the diversity of the crowd and how music can still bring people of such varied backgrounds together.
