On a up roadways bus from Meeruth to haridwar to assist an young officer of other association in a gender harassment case . Yesterday I was having a very animated discussion with a CH on why our bank is not doing good business he was of the view that there is not enough stick for non performer and zonal office structure should be restored with more power to CH and fgm I disagreed and said that you people have enough powers and the power vested with you are grossly mix used and abused .I gave him example of two cases which came to me yesterday for help . In one case a boy from north India is working in south last year his father suffered hear attack so he keeps his father there .that town was having good medical facilities .now transferred to a place prematurely where no medical facilities. Not our member but immediately spoke to his CH he has assured course correction In another case an officer from bihar working in gujrat living with his family transferred after 21 month from urban to semi urban 150 km away affecting education of his children and some body from other place posted to his office .he is our comrade wrote to CH waiting for his response .
