The world has low expectations for you, so last nights act of collective surrender will not diminish you in our eyes. Youll always be a society renowned for cowardice, incompetence, and provincialism. Maybe one day, youll have your own country and a set of concerns that are loftier than participating in the next available soccer riot. I know that you Scots prefer your music to be somber, reflective, and bagpipe-heavy. In America, we have a tradition of celebrating our greatness with rock nroll.
