On behalf of the NSDA committee would like to thank all those village teams that had time to come and play for there villages.It was a tremendous day with alot of fun along with our up coming players. The kids did really well even upstaging some of us longtime players hahaha Thank you for the support. Well done to all...Looking forward to the next village Dart Comp.. Teams that participated this year in Sydney was Toi, Hakupu, Alofi Sehapi, Alofi Makos, Hikutavake and Avatele. Alofi Makos has been the champion for the last 2 years for the Village Comp finally got defeated CHAMPIONS and bragging rights goes to "AVATELE".....well done and well played . Runners Up :ALOFI MAKOS Presentation was held afterwards congradulations to all who received the prizes for the comps held...Mixed pairs, Couples..Ladies and Mens single..High score s and high finish. Mixed pairs Champion - Felix Hipa and Philar Makatoa , Runners up Peter Makatoa and Mele Folau Hipa...a family affair ...lol Couples Champion :Des & MaryA Hekau, Runners up John Axe & Rosa Tongahai. Ladies Single Champion : Mele Folau Hipa ,Runner up Jamie Makatoa. Mens Single Champion -Star Tauasi,Runner up John Axe Tongahai. The happiest ,funniest and loudest team I would give to Alofi Sehapi....lol Today you could see the true spirit of the Niueans it was not only about the comp but also about enjoying each others company... Priceless.. Once again fakaue lahi mahaki moe monuina kia tautolu osi.
