On call last night...ugh Domestic Violence at 1:30 am. A crime that exists even more during the holidays. When I walk into a crisis its always the unknown. But its mostly given that when Im headed back home I generally feel as if the call was meant for me. Yep this one sure was. I love serving my community. I truly am blessed that I am able to step out of my family/ friends bubble and help a stranger and their family in crisis. It is so true that it does take a village.
