On going saga of AT&T. Apparently the letter I wrote got somewhere. I spoke to one person in the backroom Customer service who promised a discount and something else. (Ill have to listen to the message again) I spoke to another person in some other customer service area and told them that I dont really use my cell. That only reason that I have it is because they (AT&T) shut me off and gave no idea when I would be turned back on. So, that means in AT&T language to call the cell phone repeatedly and leave voice mails. The last one was actually insulting. Not only did my name change with their company to Terry Johnson, but the used the phrase, allegedly turned off your services Allegedly.....I texted them back and by the time that I got to the last couple of sentences: IT WAS IN ALL CAP LOCK. It may have been just voice to text issue, but the point remains that they really listen to the customer. The syntax was text as well: really, really, really, bad. For example: U = you, etc. Apologies for my poor writing skills, but I am a GED recipient and technically dropped out after the ninth grade; not working in a corporate office handling customer service.
