On hold waiting for IRD..... 3rd time Ive got a letter tell me I am living outside the country and need to arrange to pay off my student loan... (a) I dont live outside New Zealand & (b) I don;t have a student loan. To be fair they have answered quickly and last time I rang to try and sort it out they did refund me a few hundred $$ I didnt know I was entitled to... not sure Ill be that lucky this time but at hopefully they will at least realise I am actually living in the country and dont need to pay back my non existent student loan.
