On location in Sydney today filming a piece to camera for a financial advisor. Decided to travel light today, just the Canon 5D MKii, Miller Tripod, microphones and a Cineroid LED light. The usual kit being a Sony EX3, Lowel lighting kit and accessories. I love that the 5D is a real option for shooting, the full frame sensor gives a beautiful look and the finished graded vision is superb, of course there is also the added benefit of being able to shoot a still whilst set up. I take it as a compliment when a clients asks for us to travel for them, yes shooting interstate or overseas is an additional cost however it is part of the relationship and trust that develops, our clients know what we bring, our style, expertise and credibility. If you do require a project that encompasses more than one location, remember we are always open to traveling for our clients.
