On my journey to be healthier Im giving up things like added salt and sugar. Hard-boiled eggs without salt is going to take some getting used to. However, a bit of honey with fresh peaches cut up in oatmeal is better than sugar. But with a 33 percent chance of getting diabetes (1 pop = 25% chance.....1 pop a day....yikes), and a 70 percent chance of getting heart disease from salt, I dont feel I have a choice if I want to live to be healthy.
