On my mind tonight….this isn’t going to be one of my normal - TopicsExpress

On my mind tonight….this isn’t going to be one of my normal messages, in fact it is one I really wish I wasn’t putting out here, but I do want everyone to know that I have created a new Facebook account named “Justice for Carol Thompson.” I have been talking to the Sheriff of Caldwell County for the past few weeks about Cj Thompson’s case and how we can get it from being a cold case to actively being investigated. The Sheriff is glad that I am getting awareness out there and that I reached back out to him. He now has reached out to some other sources for assistance with the case. The case has been cold for over 12 months now. After physically going up there 4 weeks ago, and together with some information I have from the case, I believe there is NO way my sister, Carol Thompson, would have made it to where she was found without assistance. Whoever assisted her had to have access to a Truck, ATV or other equipment. No family members had that sort of equipment as the only trailer and tractor in the family had previously been given away in May 2012, in an exchange for making Carol’s land payments. Whoever has had a part in this has also been very clever with out-smarting many. This “out-smarting” includes law enforcement agencies in 2 counties, the PI who was on the case, and our family. After a call I received in September of 2013, I have laid-low, waiting, but now know that this needs to be something of high importance and not just for my family and the friends of Carol Thompson, but to the communities of Clinton County and Caldwell County, and maybe even other areas. Since Maureen Reintjes and I went up there 4 weeks ago doing some research of our own. I can say without a doubt, and with many talks and prayers with God, that within my heart, mind, and soul that someone has done something terrible to my beautiful sister. I am not obsessed with this just determined (as I would pray everyone would for their family or even a friend) to find out who did this to a wonderful and amazing mother, grandma, aunt, daughter-in-law, sister, girlfriend and to my best friend and sister. All of Carols family and mine wants answers about what happened on June 14, 2012 after 8:00 p.m. when Carol talked to her grandchildren and their aunt who were the last family members of Carol’s to talk to her. It is said Carol was her normal self, except all happy and excited that they were coming for a visit that Saturday. I was told that she was last seen around 2:00 a.m. and that the person who last saw her upon waking at 6:10 a.m. found her nowhere around. I received a phone call at 7:10 a.m. at which time I find out that Carol was nowhere to be found. And, that she had left her medication and all her personal belongings behind, even her blazer. I listen to the voicemail still on my phone and that is a constant reminder for me that it isnt just a bad dream. To my knowledge the Police were first notified of Carol’s disappearance after her boyfriend, Dwight, went to Carols property, which I was told was around 11:00 a.m., to see if she was there. In an effort to bring this case out of cold case status I have set up a page “Justice for Carol Thompson” as I dont like to put anything unpleasant, or any negative matters or airing family or personal drama that our family has had to live with for over 2 years, on my page or my page of Love and Hope for Our Loving Carol Thompson. I do ask that if you have legitimate and real leads, tips or concerns (No Gossip Please) to contact Jerry Galloway at Caldwell County Sherriff’s department at 816-586-2681 or as the sheriff said “if you want to give or be anonymous” to call the tips hotline at 816-586-2677. He wants to resolve and give our family answers and peace finding closure to his case. This isnt a game it is someone’s life that was very valuable to not only us, her family and friends but to her community as well. I wish and pray I did feel she just walked away. I wish I could share that aforementioned June 15, 2012 voicemail with you all so you too could understand. Knowing and feeling the many emotions that run through me when I replay that voicemail, not to mention all that I have seen and encountered along the way since then, perhaps you too might understand why it is so important for me to stay close to God, staying faithful, hopeful, loving, peaceful and positive all while being the voice of Carol and walking this path God has trusted me with. Thank you & God Bless all of his Children. Sharing Cj Thompson, Family & Friends of Carol Thompson, Justice for Carol Thompson, https://facebook/JusticeforCarolThompson?ref=hl
