On my way home today, on Palomar road, a white SUV to my front left has this white dog sticking its head out of backseat window. Then the window went all the way down, and I slowed down in case he may jump out. Then the car switched to my lane and I went over to his lane, 2 seconds later, the dog jumped! Rolled over twice on the bike lane, but started to get up on its own. The cars behind slowed down and maybe even stopped but my honking and tried eye contact with the driver failed as he made right turn and kept on going onto Melrose... Dog has a red collar so I hope they can find owners phone number and get him back home safely. The guy must be on the phone or completely spaced out to notice the whole thing!
