On my way in to work this morning I could not find one radio station playing anything remotely patriotic. Not one discussion of a day that changed America 13 years ago. Let us always remember that day. The images that are indelible in our minds-bring them forth again. Remember those who did not go home that day and how the smoke darkened the most severe clear sky. Let the footprints of the towers and the forever altered skyline of NYC serve as a reminder of those whose lives were lost-both the innocent unsuspecting victims and the heroic first responders. Remember those that lost their lives in Washington DC and Pennsylvania. Today I remember you Matt as you continue to be a guardian angel; forever 23 years old. I thank our military, both the veterans and those that continue daily to fight for our freedoms that we all too often take for granted. I watched a lot of tribute videos, some with the harrowing images capturing the horror of that day, but this video captures the beauty of America days after the attacks; may we remember to unite again in that fashion.
