On my way out the door this morning at work, my boss pulled me aside and told me that the people who were trying to get me fired have been coming to him with nothing but compliments and good things to say about my work ethic. Nothing has changed in the way I work, nothing needed to change. These boys just thought that they were gonna run my black ass away from making this good money. Now these boys are even saying good morning?! Its a beautiful thing. I was able to break down some biased barriers that seemed to stand between me and the majority of my colleagues. Never try to measure a man based on looks, demographics or the color of ones skin, especially this man, because every time you try Ill make good and damn sure that your measurements come up inaccurate. That is all... Im about to purchase a Butter finger candy bar.
