On occasion dentists find themselves attempting to restore a patient where the identity of the implant is unknown. The Sterngold Alignment Pins can help with identification as well as showing the alignment of the implants. This alone will not tell us the exact identity of the implant; however, they will determine which prosthetic screw will properly fit inside the implant.
