On one side is Chennai Express and now Madras Cafe! Both have name of capital city of Tamil Nadu common to the title (one british,other tamil) While one made loads of money and left viewers like me feeling cheated , other will not make that kind of money ever , but left me feeling extremely satisfied and thoroughly entertained from first few moments onwards till the last !! Madras Cafe tells a story in a wonderful narrative form with excitement building to the climax! John Abraham could have done a better acting but does the job, whilst others are competent in their roles. But what works for the film is the story and its narration! Go Watch Madras Cafe!
