On our trip back from Amsterdam to Bruge we followed the driver of the white Peugeot for a couple of km. We soon realised he was off his head, often letting go of the steering wheel, swerving in and out of lanes etc. If you look closely in the video youll see hes got his left arm out of the window just before he touches/almost touches the car in front. The green Peugeot had a family of four in the car with two small children in the back neither of which were wearing a seat belt as their mother was attempting to put them on after the incident. It was very nearly too late. Wasnt very nice to witness even though nobody got injured.
