On route home from what can only be described as an unforgettable RIHS! What we had hoped was going to be a relaxing week away turned into a living nightmare when we lost Poppy on the first night - the next 3 days of searching were hell. However, we were totally amazed at the kindness of so many people and thankfully Poppy was found safe and well on Friday Morning - this left us finally able to enjoy the show and WOW, what a show as ended up having!! Sam, Icey and Duke all went brilliantly but were sadly out if the places. However, Spuddy (who was enjoying his 11th annual holiday to RIHS!!!) pulled out a fantastic show to stand 2nd in the C&D Final, just 1 mark behind the winner - What an awesome pony he is!! At this point we thought the day couldnt possibly get any better..... But it could!! Diva continued her amazing winning streak, jumping 1 of only 2 clear rounds and went on to WIN!!!! I am still completely overwhelmed and cant quite believe it - she is a truly amazing pony with so much talent and so deserves her recent success! The week has definitely been an emotional roller coaster and I feel like I could sleep for a week but it is one id will never forget!!! Thanks to all of Team Wheway for all your help this week - you know who you are and you know I couldnt do it without you!! Also huge well done to all of our friends who have had such amazing results this week - I am so pleased for you all!!!
