Lines are determined by random number drawing at 9:30am. There is no advantage to camping overnight as everyone present by 9:30am will be given a drawing ticket and the starting point of that line will be determined by the number drawn. Getting a random number ticket does not guarantee being able to purchase a ticket but is used to determine the order of the line. This process is done to ensure all fans have the fairest opportunity to purchase the best seats in a timely manner.
