On several occasion, Ive been advised by the well meaning colleagues and family members to apply and rejoin the cooperate ladder. They mention my qualifications and the possibility of easily getting employed and the uncertainty of running your own business. I was employed for the past 13 yrs and felt that my employment will only temporarily benefit me and my family. And that, my future is partly in somebodys hands. I cant pass my qualifications or job to my kids, but God willing, I can pass my hard-work (business) to them. Thats one thing which encourages me to work hard and lay a foundation for my family. One day I will stand aside and smile as my two sons run the corporation Im building for them. Theres no tomorrow. The time is now.
