On that note... mum needs a bulletproof-ish refill ;).... and because I know someones gonna ask... my version of bulletproof coffee is--I heap-ish tsp coconut oil, 1/2 tsp butter, and 10 oz (no, I dont measure, it looks like about 10 oz?! lol), and zip in the bullet (it comes out like a brain-fuel semi-fasting latte). For those who want to get fancy, remember adding maple syrup or honey and spices is super tasty, but kinda turns it into a liquid donut. So drink the pumpkin-spice or peppermint mocha version accordingly ;)... I save the fancy ones for heading out to go shopping as a liquid snack to avoid Starbucks and shopping starvation!
