On the 2 May 2015, Olivia and Tracy will be completing a 15,000ft tandem skydive alongside 18 other daredevils! Given that Olivia has a rather acute fear of flying, this is no mean feat. The girls wont be alone - other members of Plymouth Mind staff, relatives, and kind hearted individuals from the general public have also agreed to take part. Plymouth & District Mind are a local mental health charity, and in the last year alone, we have supported nearly 3,000 people from all walks of life on the road to recovery from a mental health problem. We offer courses, support groups, a drop-in service, social activities, and much more to equip people with the skills they need to manage their own mental health issues. We are 30 years old this year, and all money raised will be used to ensure we can keep providing a vital service for our community. There is no health without mental health; no-one should suffer alone.
