On the 21st of august, Mr Olaniyi Nelly Olaniyan was trying to tell us that he is a big boy he is drinking Andre and he is using $300 sunglasses (polo ralph laurel), later he show a picture of his son playing with dollars and ever since, i has been wondering what is wrong with Nigerian? I AM NOT TAKING HIM SERIOUS ON HIS WORDS THOUGH BECAUSE HE LOOK LIKE SOMEONE WHO NEED OUR PRAYERS (his mode of dressing, his way of talking and the boy he displaying as his son playing with Dollar bills,looking so wretched and the house where the picture was taking dont look like a house where the household annual income is up to N100k.)- the picture is attached, please readers air your opinion. This my friend represent a typical Nigeria problem, where people are living above their means, no one is asking question and crime rate/corruption is at all time at the highest level. I take time to ask how much a PRO to a local construction company (bricklayer) could be making in ondo state to justify this stupendous lifestyle. How much is a salary of a level 12 public servant who owns 3 luxury cars, built 3 houses and having 3 children in a private school paying 5million Naira/year? Back in the days, if anybody is an ex-convict, he/she is seen as a disgrace not only to himself , but to his larger extended family, but today such a person will gracefully do a thanksgiving service for coming out of jail and a front row seat in the church will be permanently assigned to him. Where is our morals? where is our culture? where are those things that means much to us back in the days? I bet in the days of Awolowo, Azikwe, Ahmadu Bello and those great leaders we had back then, all this celebrated Politrician would have been long town into dustbin of history. I weep for Nigeria...
