On the 3rd of march this year I posted a comment on facebook that some solicitors were just neds in disguise the comment was tongue in cheek and was specific to a particular humorous situation I found myself in at that moment in time. John Scott QC has seen the comment and quite correctly points out that it could have brought the profession into disrepute. Having threatened to make a complaint against me if I dont delete it and make a full apology here I am at 0130am while sheltering from hamas rockets doing just that having received a message from him minutes ago I have removed the offending post and apologise having followed Johns orders I hope he can stop harassing me now and trolling through my Facebook account looking for things to complain about and find closure to what has been a difficult and uncomfortable process culminating in him being found guilty of unsatisfactory conduct towards me for hijacking my Facebook page and attempting to deter clients from instructing me.
