On the 40th anniversary of the Yom Kippur war, during which so many lives were lost and so many injured, we offer our sincere condolences and wishes for a healing of the wounds of war. We also remember the horrific Sept. 13, 1993 Oslo Accords, signed with so much fanfare on the White House Lawn, and the infamous photo of President Clinton pushing Yasser Arafat and PM Yitzchak Rabin together for the famous handshake. Those Accords began the tragic downward spiral towards terror and delegitimization through which Israel has been suffering all these years. AFSI identified the Oslo "Peace Process" as the "Salami" Process from the beginning. We knew the "Peace" was a program to destroy Israel by "Pieces." All honest people had to understand it that way. However, the deceivers and the uneducated prefer to continue pushing for the delusionary "Peace." Today, we are supporting the efforts to secure the sovereignty of Judea and Samaria, to ensure that Jews are never again forcibly removed from their homes. We also declare that NO foreign troops should be allowed in the Jordan Valley and that the rights of Jews to visit and pray on the Temple Mount must be guaranteed for all time. The total failure of the "two-state solution" must be acknowledged, and new possibilities must be explored. Israel must give its attention to the ongoing threat from Iran and its proxies, coupled with the failure of the Obama administration to instill confidence as an ally. As we look forward to the Sukkot holiday, celebrating the exodus of the Jewish people from slavery, we must pray that we will be emancipated from present day slavery to suicidal ideas. Enjoy a blessed holiday, and be sure to pray for a whole and safe Israel. israpundit/archives/57691
