On the Sixth Day of Movement Coach D Soto gave to me 6 sets of transverse (Rotational Exercise) exercises. I do understand that Im using a lot of unusual equipment, so Ill give you two options. Option 1: Come on down to function first and get those exercises in. Please message me if you are taking this option. Option 2: - Instead of a kettlebell you can use a dumbbell for halos - Instead of a ViPR you can do bodyweight for Iceskater Lunges - For the step ups you can find a sturdy chair or an outside patio. Any weight will do instead of a med ball - Instead of a Cortex you can do bodyweight for Spiderman Push Ups - Instead of a Rip Trainer you can do Russian Twists. Sit on you butt with you feet in the air and alternate touching your left and right hip with both hands. - For the sixth exercise, its still a you pickem, so do whatever youd like as along a it has a twisting or rotational element to it. Now take a picture of all 6 movements or a video of all 6 for a couple seconds each and post it to: facebook/CoachDSoto and hastag #12DOM and #CoachDSoto to enter the 12 Days of Movement contest.
