On the Supreme Courts decision, finding BS Aquinos DAP (formerly PDAF) as unconstitutional. Yes...it is indeed insulting to use us as their excuse for raiding ang plundering our taxes for the good of the nation. MAHIYA NAMAN NA KAYO!--- If DAP now clearly means “Dawit Ang Pangulo,” we must consider these: 9. Aquino and Abad cannot claim ignorance of the law. They have an executive secretary, chief legal counsel, solicitor-general, justice secretary, and a whole caboodle of lawyers to back them up on legal issues. Moreover, both Aquino and Abad were also former Members of Congress: Aquino was Tarlac congressman, deputy speaker, and later senator; Abad meanwhile was Batanes congressman and later House appropriations committee chair. 10. Aquino should be prevented from using his office from further protecting Liberal Party members and ruling coalition allies implicated in both the PDAF and DAP scams. Up to now, no partymate of the President has been charged, only figures of the opposition, when the sad reality is that those who hold the levers of power are those prone to abuse them. It is an insult to the intelligence of the public that the prosecution efforts have not resulted in any case against any partymate or ally of the President who are in a more powerful position to commit plunder.
