On the authority of AN-Numan ibn Bashr (RA) he said: I heard the messenger of Allah (RSAW) Saying: Verily that which is lawful is plain and that which is unlawful is plain and between the two of them are doubtful matters about which many people donot know. Thus he who avoids doubtful matters clear himself in regard to his religion and his honor, but he who falls intodoubtful matters falls into that which is unlawful, like the shepherd who pastures around a sanctuary, may be graze therein. Truly everything has a sanctuary, the truly Allahs sanctuary is His prohibitions. Verily in the body there is a morsel of Flesh which if it is right all the body is right and which, if it is diseased, all of is diseased, Truly it is the HEART. (Narrated by Al-Bukhari & Muslim) The Narrator: He is an-Numan ibn Bashir, the Ansari, from the tribe of Khazraj. He was born in the 2nd year of the Hijirah. He heard from the prophet Mohamed (RSAW) and was acounted as one of he young companions of the prophet Mohamed (RSAW). He was one of the governors of Muwiyah who appointed him as an Emir (GOVERNOR) of Kufah for period of time and then as the judge of Damascus and later as the governor of hims. He was killed in the village of Berin at the end of the year 64H
