On the eve of Vetrans Day I ran across this from my buddy Art. Timing wash effect to post my feelings. The Viet Nam war was the biggest monster of my childhood and teenage years. We lived most everyday with the horror on the evening news, with people we knew being drafted, and with school mates losing their siblings in the war. When I saw this video I cried. I felt so proud of these men, men who went so I wouldnt have to go. It still shakes me to the core how close this was for me. To all my friends who served in the Viet Nam War, to all men and women who were prisoners of war, which my father is one, and to all veterans, you will never know how much I love and respect you, and appreciate what you have done for me, my country and humanity.
