On the good/bad scale, man is today a good day to be a gondolier! Captain Rick and I launched the third gondola AND the floating lounge this morning, so now the entire fleet is in the water, AT LAST! Work on the new HQ is progressing, though we are still without internet (arriving tomorrow, hopefully,) and typing on an iPad just does not cut it. My apologies to anybody trying to email us over the last few days; I am keeping up as well as my one typing finger can. Finally, tonight is the first WaterFire event of the season, a partial fire in the basin of Waterplace Park. To me, partial fires are the BEST nights of the year for gondola trips, as we can give you two experiences in one trip: the nice, quiet, authentic trip on one side of the river, and the magic of WaterFire on the other.
