On the heath, King Lear asked Gloucester: How do you see the world? And Gloucester, who is blind, answered: I see it feelingly. I see it feelingly. Most people that know me, know that I no longer eat meat (only chicken and seafood) for almost 2 years now...When asked: WHY dont you eat meat??? (as if they are disgusted or offended. I used to tell them...I stopped eating meat (except chicken and sea food) after watching #Earthlings! Dazed and confused, they sometimes laughed and almost made me feel stupid or crazy just because I made a conscious/informed decision to stop or diminish my meat consumption!!! SO, the next question: Well, why do you still eat chicken and seafood... youre being a hypocrite and I respond Youre right, it seems that way but #Change takes time! My question to them/you is this: Why am I wrong and you are right? Why do you judge me, yet, I dont judge you for your CHOICE of eating whatever the hell you want (it is your decision, after all) Who am I to question/argue/contradict what you believe in, let alone, what you eat? Funny how some people are or think but, hey whatever floats your boat! What some people fail to realize about me is that I challenge the status quo, I do not live my life to appease ANYONE...if I believe in a cause, I take action (research, learn, talk about it, take a stand pro or against and share it with others)...Not to try to #change YOUR mind or argue that you are wrong but to spread the knowledge Ive acquired...theres NO EXCUSE or justification for #ignorance in todays world! #maketheconnection #takeaction #bethechange #felicia ***My life, my choices, my beliefs but am open for a healthy debate on the above rant or as some may call it my #manic #rant...yes, I have #bipolar but Im also an educated, very opinionated, peaceful, loving, and compassionate human being that advocates for those that cannot!
