On the hunt for the next property and I had to post this: As youre listening to the band playing in the background, just envision your Property Twins chatting with the current owner/potential seller. No kidding, a local band was playing and walking down the street as we were inspecting the property. I jokingly told the owner as I got my groove on coming down the steps of the back porch, ...if it were just a little cooler and I had a cold beverage in my hand Id think I was watching a college football halftime performance... Not sure he thought the comment was so funny. ;-) (Chris can be heard briefly at the very end of the video in discussions with the owner). Good times and definitely interesting! Well see where this one goes.... :-)
