On the new whiteboard is a spreadsheet with Levels 1-4 listed for women and men. I figured everybody (myself included) sucks at making goals so consider this spreadsheet a list of goals for you. Each level has traditional cardio, strength, benchmark and gymnastics numbers for you to strive for. Level 1 is a well-rounded beginner, Level 2 is 50th percentile, Level 3 is about 80th percentile - i.e. someone who would do well in local competitions and level 4 are numbers associated with being a regional qualifying athlete. Ill e-mail the spreadsheet to everyone as well but take a look and see where youre at and make a plan to get better! Feel free to talk to me about this if you want help developing a plan/strategy to improve. Hint: Coming to class consistently and frequently will help you get results faster...
