On the one hand, I get irritated when people loosely apply words to things. Like how some artists call everything art and some designers call everything design. And some people insist on reading as text everything in their environment (but why wont they accept that I can smell everything as scent/odour?). If we use words so loosely, drawing parallels without acknowledging how and why they work together and where they come apart, we end up not with a perspicacious vocabulary of heuristics but a sloppy sloshy glop of it.
