On the phone to BT AGAIN - they are absolute IDIOTS - Cannot even answer my question in regards to contractual law, then makes out like he is going to do me a favour and see if he can get the fees waivered for my 80 year old grandmother. To which he got a sharp response of do not act like your doing me a favour here, if you understand the laws of the land you will have to ascertain who the contract was between and considering you have just told me the account is in my grandas name good luck achieving that as he nor my grandmother requested this. He said who made the order then and I said that is up to you to find out but I can tell you it was not my grandparents, can you tell me how you can convince a court that they ordered it? Because I can assure you that they didnt - no one else has authorisation on that account to enter into a contract on their behalf.
