I told Microsoft I need the issue sorted either by having the printer work or uninstall 8.1 which I never asked for and reinstall window 8. Want to know what microsoft customer service said - oh thats a technical issue that you have to pay for to fix. Really Microsoft. Youll be hearing from me again......the most senior person I can find to contact.
