On the phone with Comcast dealing with my grandfathers affairs: Me: I wanted to call to cancel my grandfathers service and see if its possible to get a credit on his service since hes been hospitalized since June. Janice @ Comcast: Well, though your grandfather did not use the service, Comcast delivered the service.... Me: Oh, I understand. I just figured since hes been a customer so long, has never been late on a payment, and has a pretty good reason for being delinquent, that youd give him a little credit...as an 86 year old hospitalized pensioner and all... Janice @ Comcast: I know. But, you see Comcast still delivered those services to your grandfather. Had you called before... Me: Stop. I was just asking for a good faith credit for a long time customer. You can simply say Comcast doesnt have good faith, and we can move on. Janice @ Comcast: Comcast doesnt have good faith. Me: Fine. Then tell me his balance and please disconnect immediately. #truth #assholes #Comcast
