On the ride home from work got to thinking about my earlier comments about work and how people cant do work because they are so busy pulling each other down, stepping on each other trying to outshine everybody else. I dont have to concern myself with the behaviors, attitudes, unhappiness of those around me. All I do is for the glory of Christ and what I do in the name of the Lord is what matters. I started a 30 day prayer today to draw closer to Jesus. The prayer today is that all things are possible with God. No matter the problem, situation, crisis, people behaving badly on the job all things are possible with God, Matthew 19:26. It would be nice to get along with people especially on the job because we spend so much time with them but that may not always be the case. I am to honor God in all things at all times. Its not about them anyway. I often say people only give you what they have. Some people only know negativity, bad attitudes,have critical spirits I choose not to accept it. I have way too much work on my desk to occupy my thoughts while at work rather than the foolishness of those around me. And when I feel Satan trying to sneak in all I must do is look up and call on His name. When I put forth any thought towards what isnt of God Im sabotaging my joy. Tomorrow I will enter work doors with renewed spirit and mindset. Its not about them. Satan its not about you. Satan wants us distracted and I refuse to give the enemy that satisfaction.
