On the road again tomorrow, heading into Canada for Squamish Olympic Distance race on Sunday. Unfortunately, cannot take the F150 into Canada, so had to hire another car to get us there... almost identical but with even fewer miles on the clock. Dan will be staying at Lake Stevens for a training weekend, his last high volume before his A race in a fortnight. Richard has freshened up a little this week, getting his run and bike legs back just in time for the final two races. Reece will continue his heavy race schedule, again keen to compete every chance he gets. Although the old body is starting to object, Andrew will also race, hoping to execute a little better than last week. Will be interesting to see how long it takes for us to cross the border into Canada, so will leave a little early even though actual drive time is only meant to be three hours. Look for a race report some time on Monday, Australian time.
