On the second show of this Great British Bake Off series on tonight at 8pm on BBC 1 - its biscuit week, which takes me back to James Morton’s gingerbread barn and Howard Middleton’s pagoda! The 11 remaining bakers have to make an edible 3D model. First they create their signature savoury crackers for cheese, and in the technical challenge, they have to prepare Mary Berrys Florentines, before ending with a show stopping biscuit belfry! As always, there is the Star Baker and sadly another to leave the tent but thats just the way the cookie crumbles! Deb the Bread
