On the size of the property that we have and the various elevations it entails, this would not only solve many problems it would create a vast majority of opportunity to use the property in multiple ways with various types outdoor events on a constant basis. Plus add additional flair to the over all project...!!! With the advent of new energy devices and a look see around the country, Pulman Railroad cars can be purchased used and the engines can be remade with new energy devices...Talk about some awesome festivals. We can get the resources.
