On their way home from their 10 day tour of Ireland, the Woodstock North Madrigals were met with a room full of members of United States Air Force returning home from Afghanistan at Shannon Airport, Co. Clare, Ireland June 6. The choir sang the National Anthem. Director Megan Kim said the servicemen and women lined up and shook the students hands after the performance.
