As a single person with no children who works a fair amount, being able to unwind with my favorite books, tv shows and movies is really precious to me. As I have moved from place to place and started over again and over again the friend-making process, I am grateful I had my own set of virtual friends I brought along with me. And with the advent of DVR and Netflix and other access points, its all the easier to enjoy.
