On this Rembrance Sunday I an remembering my Uncle John, a proud member of 45 Commando Royal Marines who died when his jeep was ambushed in 1950 during the Korean War. I remember him bringing me a milk lorry complete with little milk churns on one if his home visits. He was posthumously awarded the Queen Elizabeth Cross which I am looking after courteuosy of his brother and my Uncle Ivor. My mum never fully got over the death of her younger brother, seen in picture from about 1930. RIP much loved John xx
